division. The rental home division has been created due to a market demand for Las
Vegas real estate agents who could quickly turn Las Vegas rentals into occupied
properties. Upon recent review of the Las Vegas home market, The Ballen Group
realizes the demand for Las Vegas Real Estate Agents who specialize in listing
rentals on the MLS, and helping renters find Las Vegas rentals is growing, and more
services are being requested or required. With the current DPA (down payment
assistance) programs nearly eliminated, buyers will be forced into renting in the
Las Vegas Valley instead of buying due to the lack of down payment. Many Las Vegas
home sellers will be forced to rent as their mortgages exceed the fair market value
